      Lots of very smart people, stock's high. As a new grad, you will learn a lot of things very quickly.

      Inconvénients

      As an engineer, you will work long hours and will likely to be oncall. It becomes impossible if you want to have a family life and advance in career at Amazon.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
