Avantages
If you don't like to interact face to face with your vendors, and like to do everything with the computer (reports, tasks, raising tickets, answering tickets from vendors), is the right fit for you.
Inconvénients
The work-life balance at my time was not the best (I don't know now, but don't think this has changed), one of the items they evaluate to promote you, is that you are overwhelmed (saturated) with work and side tasks in the organization. Also be smart negotiating your salary, because if you are underpaid right now, could represent a high increase at the moment, but when you evaluate your workload and your peers, it is very possible that you are underpaid in terms of Amazon workforce.
