      Avantages

      All engineers who are Ont on tier one service have great work life balance, the only thing they complain is pay and benefits at Amazon compare to other major tech company. For technical PM, if you join the right org, you’ll find great manager and work/life balance and learn a ton!

      Inconvénients

      Any business oriented team - meaning your team has product manager who only has business degree, or if you’re I. AWS, you will have hectic work hours, unreasonable manager whose focus is to please their manager, or manager with great technical skills, but have no idea about managing an org/team.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
