      Culture is domestic, warehouse culture. hierarchy is storong, people judge based on their job levels. Not transparent. Harassement often happens. Slow paced communication based on Outlook Express, not chat. Super slow. Many eldery colleague. not young.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
