      Your experience with Amazon is highly dependent on the leadership and management. When management has been good, my experience has been amazing. When management has not been great, my experience suffered. On another note, it is very hard to get promoted.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
