Avantages
Money, RSUs, you can find good people everywhere -even at Amazon. They are miserable like you are and you keep each other sane and motivated in spite of the culture.
Inconvénients
"the way we create leaders is to throw them in a pool and watch them drowning and then throw rocks at them" -- this may not be a con for everyone. It works for some people. It does not work for me.
