      Work with great people. Work is interesting. Can easily change teams. Still a very reputable place to work.

      Pays less to older employees. 401 k matching is low. Minimal benefits. Too much attrition

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
