      Avantages

      Amazon is a great place to work however the promotion process is a nightmare. If you change team you loose everything and have to start from 0.

      Inconvénients

      Super cheap. They would make you pay for coffee at the office if they could, oh wait they do already…

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
