      You will feel tons of pressure to get things done. Work/life balance is not valued here as much as other places overall. However, your culture will highly depend on the team you're on.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
