Avantages
When I first joined, I was not really getting much guidance etc, and had to figure out a lot of stuff on my own, and felt like a lot of the tooling and stuff was poor. I felt abandoned so I gave a 1 star rating on glassdoor. However I want to change that after many months because realistically, that abandonment helped me understand the entire systems and really dig into everything. In addition, there isnt much BS in Amazon that you may see in other companies. Politics kinda exists but in the end because of processes whatever is the best for the org is pushed forward after many reviews and discussion. In addition, management is good. They go through all this training and are some of the most competent managers I have had in my career. Also I feel empowered to really say whatever I want and if I dont agree with something I am encouraged to speak up as well. I can say without question, that in my entire career I have not felt more respected and empowered than here at Amazon
Inconvénients
