Avantages
My experience at Amazon has been exceptional from the start. In fact, you're never the smartest guy in the room here - but you work with incredibly excellent colleagues in every meeting. The internal processes and mechanisms work very well and ensure that decisions are made quickly and in the best possible way. Amazon's principles and tenets are lived every day and are the basis for decisions of all sizes. Despite the current macroeconomic situation, an incredibly impressive working environment! One highlight: using written documents as the basis for meetings is an incredibly effective way to ensure quality and effective discussion and decision-making. I wouldn't want to work any other way.
Inconvénients
The organization is extremely focused on efficiency. The self-service culture is very helpful - but can be confusing and sometimes frustrating, especially at the beginning.
