      Inconvénients

      Having a big crowd of smart people can become the working environment harsh cron time to time. The speed of the business might burnout you of you dont have guardrails against it. You dont get a retirement plan (in Mexico at least)

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
