Avantages
- Lots of opportunities to solve big problems and take on new challenges - There are great people from diverse backgrounds that make collaboration fun while providing growth. - Ability to move around the company to pursue areas of interest and growth
Inconvénients
- Each team is like its own small company often using different tools or the same tools in different ways. This adds a layer of complexity to many initiatives - Fast paced environment that makes it hard to be deliberate. Not so much a con as a call out because you have to adjust to the quick decision making.
