      Avantages

      The people and the culture of working at Amazon is awesome. I love that every day can be different and you have the backing of your team and your boss. It is encourage to ramp up and learn new things. The onboarding for the role is great and you are given ample time to complete this in the first three months.

      Inconvénients

      If you enjoy hard work then this is not a con.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
