      Inconvénients

      The on-boarding process can be overwhelming for first few weeks to months, but it does get better. It is very fast paced culture so be ready to hit the ground running.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
