      managers do not care about individuals just targets, understaffed constantly, rubbish taskings from operations, alot of the work can be done in house is out sourced to other comapnies, all the PM work is just cleaning, no career progression

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
