For people who are self-driven, it's a huge opportunity to do your best work, and have a big machine of talent ready to back you up. - Emphasis on "earn trust" means that jerks don't succeed at Amazon. Leadership is generally well-meaning, respectful people who got there based on talent, no favoritism.

      Inconvénients

      - Perks are stingy. Annoying things like hard to expense some items, hardware refreshes take too long, difficulty booking travel. - Environment can be competitive, sometimes people invest more in work that culture

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
