Avantages
-It's exciting to work at a company like Amazon. You challenge yourself every day trying to build and improve things for your customers, either internal or external ones. -Management is really accessible and really think about employee's development and wellbeing. -Loads of growth opportunitites, either at a national and international level.
Inconvénients
No concerns so far, but for the sake of the review I'll list a couple of things: - Onboarding could be a bit tough given the number of stakeholders, systems and processes that you need to interiorise, but once you start seeing the light, everything makes sense. - Too many tools that sometimes do the same job.
