Avantages
Good work mates, clean tidy environment, reasonable shift pattern, reasonable pay and benefits. Opportunities are there IF you can adapt to the Amazon peculiarities. With more stability and longer term managers,a 'proper'HR team, some tweeks to the way it runs, it could be much better
Inconvénients
Very unstable management team, constantly changing both for engineering and operations, not so much continuous improvement more going round in circles because every 4-6 months everyone has changed,again, and you end up moving things back to where they were 6 months prior,only to put them back again in another 6 months, frustrating.
