      working culture , ambience, freedom for dressing thats it

      no growth, such a worst salary hike they say as world's no.1 company but giving their employees hike very less , promoting the persons whom they like not considering the tenured at all ,no recoginition for best performers. overall didn expect this process to be working like bpo culture as its spoiling amazon policies.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
