      There are no good reasons to work at Amazon after being employed by them. It's all hype to drag in slaves....

      Inconvénients

      No one, can possibly keep up wit the numbers they have in affect to keep your job; that you are always threatened with.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
