      Avantages

      Depends on team heavily. My manager is very involved (but not micromanaging) and supports his employees. Clear path for advancement and many opportunities to do so. Expectations clearly stated. People are very helpful when you need assistance meeting business goals. Upper management is very available.

      Inconvénients

      More results-driven than people-driven, which makes sense for a for-profit business.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
