      Avantages

      Depends on the team you are in, you can have good WLB and doing interesting things if in a good team. Or buried with Operational loads, sev2s, bugs, if in a traps team.

      Inconvénients

      Large company common issues. Slow climbing on promo ladders, politic battles (depends on the team you are in, I've been in crazy ones, and also am in a good one).

      AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
