So no matter how good u are part of growing in Amazon means having to be seen by several top management as raising the bar for the next level..which isnt necessarily a bad thing but slows down the process of promotion a bit

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
