      Flexible hours and relatively good pay for the industry Leeway to come up with creative solutions to problems No block on speaking your mind. If you disagree with a policy or business approach, you're encouraged to criticise it if you have a better idea.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication between management and frontline staff. Difficult to keep up with pace of business.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
