      Inconvénients

      Pager duty is a bit of a drag, because you can get paged in the middle of the night. Depending on the team, pager duty may end up being for a day, every few days or a week every few months.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
