      I can not imagine working for any other company right now. At Amazon one is given all the freedom to decide what one wants to work at. At Amazon one is surrounded by very smart and ambitious people, but without loosing the human touch.

      Inconvénients

      With the freedom to choose comes the responsibility to look after your work life balance. We have more than enough interesting projects to work on hence one needs to choose wisely to not overwork themselves. This is not a place for you if you don't know how to say no.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
