      turnover rate was very high in the team, when I joined there were 8 full time there, but three month later, only 4 people were keeping leaving for better place, no free lunch and dinner

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
