      Excellent Team. Some of the brightest minds you will find Alignment to vision and leadership principles. Unlike many companies where these are just posters on the walls, Amazon takes leadership principles very seriously

      Inconvénients

      Amazon needs to put effort to showcase its image rightly to the external world. A lot of people are under the mis-conception that Amazon is a task master which is actually not the case

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
