      great company. Team I worked with was nice and highly competitive. Engineers really helped each other and encourage one to learn and growth.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of new managers who do not get the leadership principles and instead use them for their own selfish purposes.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
