      Managers put a lot of stress on employees No trainings are being offered No recognition for achievements Over time, work on weekends is very common and not paid No consideration for employee career development Some colleagues end up getting Burn-Outs and are out for months

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
