      Work here is challenging and fast paced. Get on the right team and you can go far. Expectations are high so work can be stressful. However, it's not as bad as people say. Most managers care about you and your well being. So far work/life balance is not an issue

      Inconvénients

      Company moves too fast sometimes. Amazon culture prevents enterprise standards and data governance, and favors quick moving individual solutions. It's time to balance startup culture with proven tactics.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
