      Amazon is a great place to work. Management does a great job of engaging associates. Get hired if you can! great growth opportunities.

      Management can be a little over the top with engaging, they will engage associates and hear their barriers, but they don't always fix or explain the reasoning why they can't fix the issues.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
