      Inconvénients

      No idea what skills are of numerous personnel. Do not want or desire honest feedback and appear to only want to please senior staff and get promoted rather that do what actually helps the company. Start up new programs with little expertise or thought.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
