Avantages
Good Pay & Good Benefits! As a recent college fresh grad, their offer was very tempting. Stock options provided as well. You get to work with so many different people in the fulfillment center! Good learning experience!
Inconvénients
Work life balance is the worst part!! I only got to sleep about 5-6 hrs a day when I work and this AM position you are entitled to do so many different stuff instead of just running the shift. Also, if you have bad feet(s), don't work in an FC. You pretty much have to walk non-stop for 10 hours at least! 40 hours per week in the contract was a lie. At least 50 hours for a normal week and during peak season it will go up to 70-80 hours a week.
