      Hohe Lernkurve am Anfang und gute Vergütung. Interne Wechsel werden gefördert, um die Motivation und Dynamik hochzuhalten.

      Inconvénients

      Je nachdem in welchem Team und unter welchem Manager man landet, gibt es große Unterschiede in Druck und Work-Life-Balance. Lernkurve nimmt nach 2-3 Jahren ab. Es empfehlen sich interne Wechsel oder extern.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
