      Benefits are great. The company recently announced that salaried leaders have access to career choice.

      Inconvénients

      Too much work for not enough pay. Even getting an internal promotion doesn’t yield the pay bump needed to move. Oh yeah, there’s also little to no remote roles out there.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
