      not a startup anymore, a lot of bureaucracy which hinders your work ethic, if you want to move up the ladder then be ready to give at least 4-5 years before moving up, at higher positions.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
