      IF you get one of the few "good" managers/teams at amazon, you'll have a great learning experience with fun and interesting work. Pay is competitive (unless you're not in seattle/arlington/Austin).

      Inconvénients

      Too much beuracracy in management. Leaders have no idea what teams work on and waste time and resources on work they immediately prioritize.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
