      Avantages

      The benefits are amazing, the flexibility and shift swapping, dropping and upt are amazing.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of leadership gets hired out of college or from a different site so they don’t know anything about amazons day to day, or they know how their building runs and try to force it on a different building. Lots of favoritism, sexism, and an extreme lack of rotation of rotation for indirect roles. Also PA’s will delegate and not pitch in at all pretty much.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
