      The objectives and reviews are setup so they are not achievable if you want to have a work life balance, unless you are really lucky to land in a team or position where this can be achieved. The higher the paygrade, the less likely this is.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
