      1. Fast movement culture - brings toxicity and bad politics. 2. Seniors/Managers hold a lot of power. 3. Expectation to work 14+ hrs a day. 4. AI is being taken as a golden key to unlock anything, leadership wants to use AI in everything without thinking. Leading to churns, scalability and maintainability concerns which are then again blamed upon the SDEs for not maintaining high bar.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
