      Inadequate onboarding and training towards internal processes and procedures. This causes unnecessary stress and project delays. Weekly long distance travel to project sites with all costs covered and reimbursed later to employee.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
