Avantages
Amazon pays you more in the first two years to balance out stock vesting taking longer and being less, so you'll immediately have a decently sized paycheck
Inconvénients
You'll probably use a lot of that paycheck dealing with how psychologically draining it is to work at a place as soulless and harmful as Amazon. Layoff frequency is increasing, teams are being required to own more and more, the AI push is causing increasingly many issues and outages, and Amazon's entire structure is designed to keep you off balance and overworked.
