      Avantages

      Good learning experiences, especially for fresh graduate. It is a good platform to weaponize yourself in order to go further and faster later on down your career path.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours of on call is physically and mentally demanding. No good perks obviously. Sometimes management tends to micromanage.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
