      Fair pay, High bar for quality work. Constant learnings.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management at all levels. Long meetings, no internal trainings (that are relevant). Work for the sake of working, scope of work constantly changes. Expect to work overtime for no extra recognition nor extra pay YoY.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
