      - Great salary - Plenty of opportunities

      - Just too fast paced. Managers are micro managing things which is putting a lot of pressure on the employees. just no work life balance - Benefits are not that great. Frugality is the least liked LP amongst its employees.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
