      Lots of repeat work, writing similar reports on a frequent basis. The blame game can be a real issue. There's a tendency to solve issues adjacent to the main issue, leading to repeating the same issue.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
