Think twice before joining Altezzasys Systems. 1. Company follows a strict project-based model—salary is paid only if you're on a project. 2. If a client removes you from a project or the project ends, Altezzasys may initiate your exit process without any prior notice—even if you are a permanent employee. You will be pressured to complete exit formalities abruptly, without adequate discussion or support. 3. If you're assigned to a client project, you will not receive an official Altezzasys email ID. Instead, you’ll be labeled as an "external employee." Only Admin, HR, and PMO teams are considered internal employees. 4. There are no official communication tools like Skype or Microsoft Teams for internal collaboration. You’ll need to rely on your personal Gmail or make mobile calls to connect with HR or Admin teams, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. 5. The HR and Admin teams are unresponsive and slow to act. Getting help or answers often takes a long time, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration.
