      Avantages

      Good AL but that's it.

      Inconvénients

      A small company with low staff benefits yet highly toxic colleagues and environment. Favoutisim and extremely unprofessional working attitude. Top management is either not aware of this situation, can't be bothered or closed one eye.

      My team is incredible, everyone is very supportive and kind.

      Salary is low for a PM in NYC.

      Avantages

      Great people and you can learn a lot. Good company culture, we used to have many social events. I have completed PRINCE2 training and additional internal courses.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes I felt that only those who were 'loud enough 'and 'out there' got the promotions.
